Newborn Session | $175
The session will typically last 2-4 hours. This will include breaks to feed, change the baby, and get them into a sound sleep. The session can take place at my home or at yours (mileage fee for more than 25 miles from 55110). The room will need to be around 85 degrees to keep the baby nice and warm, so dress appropriately.
It is best to contact me when you are between 5 & 7 months pregnant. That way I can put your due date in my calendar to reserve a spot. Then you can contact me as soon as possible after the birth of your baby to schedule an appointment.
The best time to take photos of a newborn is between 0-10 days old, to get those adorable peaceful sleepy poses. After 14 days old they are more likely to be disturbed while sleeping and can also become colicky or baby acne can start to flare. For any babies over 14 days there will be an additional $50 will be added to the session fee due to the extra time required for an older newborn.
The First 48 Session –
A mini photo shoot within the first 48 hours after the birth of your baby. I will come to the hospital and capture every tiny newborn detail. As a part of the session, you will receive 8-10 web sized images (for use on digital media only) to introduce your little one to the world.
Only $50.00 if booked with a newborn or first year package.
$75.00 if purchased alone.
I also offer a discount on the session fees if you book one of THE FIRST YEAR packages.
