Allow me to introduce the face behind the camera – my name is Beth. First and foremost I love being a wife and mother. While I work hard, I play even harder. I am a bit of an adrenaline junky, who enjoys traveling. My dream is to one day be able to wake up to the sound of the ocean every morning. I am a redhead and proud of it!
My infatuation with photography started when I was young. I was lucky to be able to take some classes in college, which gave me a good understanding of the basics. I attended a workshop with my awesome wedding photographer, which got me thinking about starting a photography business of my own. With the birth of my first son, my desire to become a better photographer grew immensely. Capturing his ever-changing personality as he grows has been an absolute joy for me and has only expanded with the birth of my second son. Knowing how important this is to me, as a mother, it is my goal to capture the same for each family that I have the privilege of photographing.
Since this is a part-time business for me, I only book a handful of sessions per month. This allows me to take my time to make sure you get the best product that I can give. I have found that natural light is the most flattering and so when the weather cooperates, most of my shoots happen at a location of your choice. The Twin Cities offer some beautiful backdrops for your family photo shoot. I am currently specializing in newborn photography and am in the process of building my studio. I am available for on location shoots for newborns also. Custom photography means that we will design a shoot that will produce the photographs you are looking for. Imagination is always welcome and greatly encouraged. If you are interested in timeless portraits, then I am the photographer for you.
My goal is to never stop learning. Photography is my passion and I strive to prove that in my work.
